Tissue fillers

Tissue fillers are best suited to fill wrinkles and compensate minor or major defects permanently or for a limited time. Not just wrinkles can be filled with hyaluronic acid - a substance that can be found naturally in the human body. Even parts of the body can be created such as lip enlargements (first Dr. Metka likes to do a real simulation to guarantee a nice result), as well as increasing the cheekbones or a calf gain and more. This is possible with different materials: hyaluronic acid, autologous fat (for years he has used the excellent "Chicago" - cannula) or other permanent materials.

Lately macrolane, hyacorp and similar substances have been reserved only for very experienced doctors using only "off-label use". Incidentally, a proposal that Dr. Metka has called as an expert witness already before the approval of these substances. If these substances are, however, applied in the correct layer, the correct dosage and the correct injection technique, great results are obtained.

As always results succeed especially well in the Aesthetic Surgery if a cosmetic surgeon has modelling experience with clay or knows how to draw. 'Before a surgeon starts to cut, he should build a statue in clay', says Dr. Metka. For success in the long term the sense of beauty of the surgeon and the patient is important, the knowledge and experience of the characteristics and interactions of these materials. So only a number of complex skills leads to a nice pleasing result.
